What’s a network? Do I need to join a network where it says “Join your employer, organization, or school network below?”
A network can be any large group. If you have multiple teams at one employer or school it’s helpful for reporting to have a network. A network can also be any other sort of grouping–do you think you can start a phenomenon of book clubs creating teams together and want to have a “Bookclubs” network to join? Just ask and we’ll add it to the pulldown! Alternatively, you can skip the joining a network step if you want, or if you don’t see an employer/school/organization/group that applies to you. -
I tried to sign up, but can’t find my activation email, where is it?
If it didn’t arrive to your inbox, look in your Promotions or SPAM folder. -

Let us know and we’ll add it. -

Can I connect my Strava?
You sure can! In fact, you can connect to over a dozen other services directly through Strava and 30 others using a connective app. See how to do that here. Note: stationary bike trips won’t transfer over and will need to be manually added in Get There. -
